We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees, including but not limited to:
Monthly or annual subscription plans
Add-on services
Fees for third-party integrations
Completed billing cycles
Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you believe you have a special circumstance (e.g. duplicate charge or technical issue that prevented service access), you may contact our team for review.

Cancellation stops future charges.
Your current subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
