This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of subscription fees paid for Sensespace AI agent services provided by Hong Kong Art Visual Culture Communication Limited.

Subscription Refund Terms

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription
  • This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
  • The account must not have exceeded reasonable usage limits during the trial period

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are prorated based on unused days
  • Refund requests must be made within the current billing cycle
  • Service access will be terminated upon refund processing

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled within the first 30 days
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for annual subscriptions
  • Unused months will be calculated for refund determination

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond the trial period without timely cancellation
  • Subscription fees for completed billing cycles
  • Add-on services that have been fully consumed
  • Fees related to third-party integrations or services

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a refund request through your account dashboard
  2. Email dev@verisense.network with your request
  3. Include your account details and reason for refund
  4. Provide any relevant documentation if applicable

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside these terms for:

  • Technical issues preventing service use for extended periods
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages significantly affecting service availability
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion

Usage-Based Limitations

Refunds may be denied or reduced if:

  • Excessive usage indicates clear service benefit
  • Service has been used extensively before refund request
  • Account shows signs of abuse or policy violations

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Contact us directly before initiating chargebacks
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection for disputed legitimate charges

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds:

  • Credits can be applied to future subscription periods
  • Credits are non-transferable and expire after 12 months
  • Credit amounts are determined at our discretion

Auto-Renewal Cancellation

  • Cancel auto-renewal anytime through account settings
  • Cancellation prevents future charges but doesn't refund current period
  • Service continues until end of current billing cycle after cancellation
